- Please note that shipping might delay or holdup depending on the status of custom office, weather condition and etc.
- We are not liable for any costs or delay to incorrect or undeliverable address and custom hold by your country.
- We ship within 1~3 business days after payment received normally, some products will ship out 1-7 business days since we have over 5,000 product items. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays
- we offer ‘Registered Airmail Shipping’ or ‘EMS’ which traceable General shipping methods.
- Tracking number, if available, will be emailed on the day of the shipping to the email address provided by the customer.
- All items will be marked as a gift, and value down.

How do we calculate the shipping fee?
Our Korea international shipping cost is depending your order product weight. We always show the product weight/size on our product’s title or product’s description.
Example 1
You order two cosmetic items as below:
1. Laneige White Plus Renew Spot Treatment EX 20ml
2. Laneige Water Base CC Cream SPF 36 PA++ 40ml
Your total products weight is 60ml. Your shipping fee is RM 19.90 (up to 100g) with tracking number~
Example 2
You order three cosmetic items as below:
1. Laneige White Plus Renew Spot Treatment EX 20ml
2. Laneige Water Base CC Cream SPF 36 PA++ 40ml
3. IOPE Essential Firming Essence 40ml
Your total products weight is 100ml. Your shipping fee is RM 19.90 (up to 100g) with tracking number~

You order Four cosmetic items as below:
